"Effective leadership is often cited as the greatest challenge facing both private- and public-sector organizations today.
The University of Guelph takes seriously its responsibility to contribute to leadership education and research that is responsive to the needs of today's society. Building on several well-established programs in rural leadership and innovative programs focused on student leadership development, the U of G offers master's and PhD in Management (with a stream in Organizational Leadership) degrees in leadership studies and is attracting attention in light of its growing research achievements in the field.
